How To Make Chicken Caesar Salad

  – 4 cloves of garlic
  – 3 slices of white crusty bread
  – 2 cos lettuces, torn into rough pieces
  – 1-2 large boneless, skinless chicken
     breast pieces
  – 40g shaved parmesan
  – 1-2 cup olive oil
  – 1 tablespoon mustard
  – 2 tablespoon vinegar
  – 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  – 1/2 lemon


Heat the olive oil in the oven (average heat). Crush the garlic (2 cloves). Cut the bread into 1 cm cubes. Add the garlic and bread and bake for about 5 minutes until golden and crisp. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel.
Increase the heat a bit more. Add the chopped chicken slices for some minutes until crisp.


Blend garlic (2 cloves),1 tbs mustard, 2 tbs vinegar, 2 tbs mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Then gently add olive oil and lemon juice.

Arrange the chicken, croutons and lettuce on a serving plate. Drizzle with the Caesar salad dressing, add the cheese and it is ready to be served. Good appetite!
